BB84 Dynamics Group Pty Ltd (ACN 699 393 292) ("BB84 Dynamics") has a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery in all its forms, including servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all of our business dealings and relationships. We are not currently required to report under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), and we publish this statement voluntarily, prepared against the six reporting criteria set out in the Act.
BB84 Dynamics is an Australian owned and operated technology company. Our team is based in Australia, and we design and build sovereign capability for defence, national security and regulated industries. Our supply chains are concentrated in professional services, software, cloud services and computing hardware, together with the contractors and advisers who support our work, sourced predominantly from Australia and other lower risk jurisdictions.
We consider the risk of modern slavery within our own operations to be low. Our people are skilled, directly engaged, security cleared and based in Australia. Where risk exists, it is more likely to sit deeper in our supply chains, particularly in the manufacture of computing and electronic hardware, where production can extend into higher risk regions beyond our direct visibility.
We seek to prevent and address modern slavery through the way we choose and manage our suppliers. We favour reputable suppliers in lower risk jurisdictions, we expect everyone we work with to share our commitment to ethical conduct and to hold their own suppliers to the same standard, and we will raise, investigate and act on any concern that is identified. Where appropriate, we will seek to remediate any harm connected to our operations or supply chains.
We review our operations, our supply chains and the concerns raised with us to judge whether our approach is working and where it can be improved. We treat this as an ongoing process, not a one off exercise.
BB84 Dynamics currently operates as a single entity. Where we work with controlled entities or close partners in future, we will consult with them in preparing this statement.
This statement is approved by the directors of BB84 Dynamics and will be reviewed and updated as our business grows.
